Down a coffee in the morning, grab a kebab at lunchtime and in the evening it's another rushed salad. Who hasn't done this? The second HAKRO Health Day was all about the question of how you can get fit for everyday life despite work and other commitments.

All interested members of HAKRO staff had the opportunity to complete a health circuit on 5 April and to gain helpful tips and tricks on the theme of everyday nutrition at our bistro. The event took place in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse and the Greifen-Apotheke in Schrozberg.

A body fat analysis was carried out first of all to give a baseline measurement and was accompanied by a personal consultation concerning how we can fit reducing our body fat into our everyday lives. All participants then received sound information about their physical condition in the subsequent health check.

Those who were seized with good intentions at this point could go on to gain useful knowledge on the subject of food in the TK nutrition circuit. At the fourth and last station, HAKRO employees were then given heaps of tips and recipes for healthy snacks and could let themselves be convinced in a most enjoyable way that "healthy" can also be tasty and easy to fit in with our everyday lives. These little tricks and snippets of information on healthy nutrition were particularly well received by everyone. To sum up: a great event for everyone concerned.
