It is usually only worth considering individual production if you have a workforce of about a hundred or more. That is when the cost/benefit threshold is reached. Plan for additional requirements from the beginning to cover incidents such as taking on new staff or replacements required as the result of wear, because it is not very easy to re-order small quantities.

Private Labels can give a brand, club, organisation, association or community an entirely independent look. They are developed in close cooperation with your HAKRO retailer, who will advise you in the choice of materials, colours, styles and finishes. The actual design is then created either by the HAKRO retailer or ourselves for a charge. As soon as you have approved the design, we will calculate the offer for its production.

For the production of your collection, you can rely entirely on our decades of experience in the manufacture of high-quality textiles. We find the most suitable HAKRO production partners for your chosen designs and calculate the production costs. Then the various samples are inspected - colours, cuts and features. If you want any particular ingredients such as engraved buttons, special zips or your own labels, these are also developed at this stage and samples checked.

Six to eight weeks after placing your order you will receive the first production samples. These are in exactly the same quality as the originals, including all processing details and finishes. We do not start production until you are entirely satisfied with the quality and manufacture. This includes all checks by HAKRO quality management, including a final check before delivery.

Special versions of certain items in our current range are easier and usually much cheaper than developing a separate collection. This could be special colours, your own label in the back of the neck or side seam, an additional pocket or individual finished measurement chart. These individual versions of existing designs can be completed quickly and flexibly.
