We have developed a complete quality checking system that offers maximum safety to ensure the optimum error prevention and early recognition. Even before a new model goes into production, it has to undergo intensive testing. Every single step in the production is constantly monitored and checked by the quality assurance of our production partners and our staff. This ensures that no errors go into series production. Resulting in the best quality.

1. MATERIAL CONTROL

The grammage of each fabric section is checked with a circle cutter and fabric samples to the standard before and after dyeing. The fabric will only be passed on to the next production stage if the weight correlates to the specified target.

2. SURFACE CONTROL

Every single dyed fabric bolt is checked for irregularities and errors in the stitch structure on an oversized light table.

3. COLOUR CONTROL

You will be able to buy the very same HAKRO colour that you once chose for years afterwards, in exactly the same shade. This very high degree of precision is achieved by an electronic shade check and visual comparison with our colour standards.

4. PROCESS CONTROL

Once the product has gone through numerous checks, the finished item is manually checked for the last time by quality control at HAKRO Germany. Our quality management has gone through an extensive certification process, and is certified according to the international standard ISO 9001.

5. FINAL INSPECTION

Finally, every checked and released item goes to our logistics centre at HAKRO's head office in Schrozberg, where our quality assurance staff again take samples and give the products one last check.
