NEW GOAL: LIVING DIVERSITY

We have now also defined one of our most important principles for cooperation as a strategic goal. We want to further strengthen the exchange with our colleagues in the Weckelweiler social therapy communities, promote integration and offer our employees free German courses during working hours.

PROMOTING HEALTH PROTECTION

With a permanently employed health manager, a sports room in the new logistics building, a Kneipp footbath and new offers within the HAKRO Academy we want to further expand our company health service.

STRENGTHEN EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT

Our employees are the most important element of our corporate success. Integrating them and their suggestions, ideas, criticism and concerns even more closely into our (sustainability) management is therefore a key project for the coming years.
