10 DEPARTMENTS, ONE TEAM

And together we are HAKRO. There are 175 people working in HAKRO's administration department and our logistics centre on the outskirts of Schrozberg. We'll tell you what the various departments do in the following overview.

HUMAN RESOURCES & MOTIVATION

Good work requires appreciation and harmony amongst everyone involved. That is why the Human Resources & Motivation department not only deals with contracts and further training, but is also a trusted point of contact for all staff wishes and requirements.

IMPACT, RESPONSIBILITY & INNOVATION

In everything we do, sustainability is particularly important. Every year we record our progress in our sustainability report. The aims and measures formulated there are organised, planned and implemented by a separate department.

PURCHASING, DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

The interface to our manufacturing partners. Our colleagues' tasks include material planning, monitoring of delivery times, quality assurance, project management and article master maintenance. They also take care of the realisation of product developments and special productions.

MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS

From versatile press work, conception of print media and the planning of social media activities to the organisation of HAKRO trade fairs and online projects: Together with our advertising agency, our Marketing & Public Relations department lets our brand shine - and not just through brilliant colours.

SALES & PARTNERSHIPS

Our sales representatives are on tour in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, and visit the HAKRO retailers. They provide product training and textiles workshops on-site, and support our customers with fitting-out showrooms and shops.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SERVICE

Our Customer Services team can make almost anything happen. They can be reached by phone between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day to receive enquiries and orders, offer competent advice and be of great help with their comprehensive expertise. Our order management and quality check divisions complete this department. Any special requests or questions about embroidery or print finishes? Give us a call.

LOGISTICS & SERVICES

Nothing happens without them. Every year, the staff in HAKRO's logistics division pick and pack hundreds of thousands of packages. They also check the incoming goods with a trained eye, deal with returns and provide individual services.

FINANCE & SUCCESS

HAKRO is all about care and precision anyway, and especially so in this department. It checks and records all incoming and outgoing payments. Our colleagues there are also responsible for preparing the monthly and annual balance sheets.

DIGITALISATION & TECHNOLOGY

To ensure that we remain optimally prepared for the future and are one step ahead of the trend of digitalisation, our Digitalisation & Technology department takes care of innovative process optimisations within our HAKRO world. In addition to new digitalisation strategies, the team is always working on simplifying various work processes in our different areas for our colleagues.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Everything all right? Yes. Thanks to a team of essential members of staff who keep everything clean, make sure the water stations are filled, the coffee machines descaled, the bins emptied, keep the site safe and secure by day and night, make sure there are plenty of flowers, a friendly reception area - and take care of a thousand other things. Their tireless commitment keeps HAKRO running.

FOUNDATION & COMMITMENT

Responsibility and commitment are cornerstones in our corporate philosophy. We have a separate department that looks after all of the projects initiated by HAKRO and the Harry Kroll-Foundation, which supports projects for children and young adults regionally and globally.

BODY & SOUL

Good work and good food simply belong together, like sunbathing and sun cream. Full concentration is impossible on an empty stomach, which is why we are fully committed and passionate about providing perfect catering for the HAKRO team and our guests.

IT & SOLUTIONS

We like to do things particularly thoroughly. This also applies to IT and the further development of our merchandise management system. We have even founded a subsidiary for these tasks. BeeSNES supports every division in the company with customised solutions.

ORGANISATION & PROGRESS

Any strategy is only as good as its implementation. And that is our job. We keep an eye on the big picture and the important details and follow the business strategy and the resulting projects. We analyse processes, key figures and methods. We also analyse HAKRO quality and environmental management.
